Timely communication and transparency is vital to promote family and community involvement with the district. I will foster partnerships between the community and the school board built upon improved communication, objectively listening to stakeholders, and clear rationale in decision making.

The thoughtful use of available funding is essential to our district's health. I will scrutinize our budgetary priorities to ensure we are putting dollars where they make the most impact and work with state leaders to bring more money to the district.
